Do you have facilities for the disabled?
This is not easy in a listed Victorian building. Wheelchair users will require some assistance to move around the hotel. Two suites on the ground floor could be considered suitable for some disabled people. Please telephone for advice before making a booking.
Is there lift access to rooms?
There is lift access to the first and second floor.
Do you take pets?
We regret that we cannot take pets at The Dales. If you want to bring a dog on your break in North Norfolk, you might like to consider our sister hotel the Sea Marge which has some rooms which allow pets.
Is smoking allowed?
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is forbidden by law within the hotel building.
Do you cater for vegetarians?
Vegetarian options are always available in our restaurant. Our chefs will do their best to accommodate those with other specific dietary needs. Please advise these at the time of booking.
Is there a restriction on car parking?
There is ample free car parking for all guests.
