SATURDAY 31st December 2011
Arrive from 2.00pm to be greeted by warm and friendly staff who will do their very best to make your New Year Celebration stay a memorable one. After settling in, take time to relax over a glass of mulled wine before the festivities truly begin.
A pre-dinner glass of Bucks Fizz heralds the start of the evening’s celebrations, then experience chef’s `New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner’- an exquisite 5-course meal. Later, enjoy the musical entertainment of “Stella Goody” , then, just before midnight join us for a glass of bubbly and countdown to 2012………Round off the evening with a our light buffet of canapés and petit fours, (served just before last drinks)- then off to bed!
SUNDAY 1st January 2012
Start the New Year in style, with our continental buffet brunch served from 9.00am until 11.00am, then the day is yours to spend as you wish. Why not take a trip into Sheringham, have a round of golf or just relax and let the world go by! Round off your day with our unique `Norfolk Fayre Dinner’, which is served in Upchers Restaurant at 7.00pm.

MONDAY 2nd January 2012
Say your goodbyes over a full English Breakfast, then, with every good wish for the new year, we bid you farewell and a safe journey home.
